Housekeeping tends to be unfriendly, and the bathroom doors are heavy and problematic!!! Room supplies were inadequate for the price paid. Valet service is frustrating and not reliable enough!!!

A fantastic place to celebrate anniversaries! The views of Parliament Hill from the 21st floor are breathtaking. The staff, especially Ana, went above and beyond to make our stay special, even surprising us with a bottle of wine. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

We loved the convenient location right next to the shopping center! The kids enjoyed our family-friendly room with a view, and the staff were so welcoming. Plus, the breakfast had a fantastic selection that kept everyone happy.

In my kids’ opinion, a larger pool area would be great.

Unexpected Challenges Yet Warm Staff

The warm greetings from the staff made us feel welcomed right away. The hotel’s central location allowed us to explore nearby attractions easily, which was a highlight of our stay.

However, check-in was chaotic and our room wasn't ready until after 3 PM. The room itself had some maintenance issues that detracted from our overall comfort.

The location is unbeatable, with so much to explore nearby. Our room on the 20th floor featured a stunning view of the city and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was excellent, especially for someone who is mostly vegan—plenty of tasty options that filled us up completely!

had a great time at the westin! the deluxe parliament view room was incredible with a fantastic view. the location is super convenient, right next to the canal and close to everything. the pool and hot tub were refreshing! staff service was top-notch, especially from the warm welcome by the front desk.
